APMSRB Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria 

(1) State Program Manager

• Qualification: Degree (including AYUSH) and MBA in Healthcare Management / HR / Masters in Health or Hospital Administration / PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years). From an AICTE recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health programmes in Govt./PSU/reputed private sector.
• Age Limit: 21-60 years

(2) Finance Manager

• Qualification: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / ICWA from an AICTE-recognized university.
• Experience: 3 years in Government/reputed organizations in Finance Management of major projects.
• Age Limit: 21-60 years

(3) District Program Manager

• Qualification: Degree (including AYUSH) with MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Health or Hospital Administration / PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years).
  From an AICTE recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in public health programmes.
• Age Limit: 21-60 years

(4) Psychiatrist

• Qualification: MD (Psychiatry) degree from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: 18-42 years

(5) AYUSH Doctor - Ayurveda

• Qualification: Degree in BAMS from a recognized university/institution under Central or State Act.
  Minimum 4½ years of study + 1-year internship.
  Must be a permanent registered medical practitioner in the relevant field.
• Age Limit: 18-42 years

(6) AYUSH Doctor - Homoeopathy

• Qualification: Degree in BHMS from a recognized university/institution under Central or State Act.
  Minimum 4½ years of study + 1-year internship.
  Must be a permanent registered medical practitioner in the relevant field.

(7) AYUSH Doctor - Unani

• Qualification: Degree in BUMS from a recognized university/institution under Central or State Act.
  Minimum 4½ years of study + 1-year internship.

Selection Process for APMSRB Recruitment 2025

The selection process for APMSRB Recruitment 2025 will be purely on merit basis, without any interview. Candidates will be evaluated for 100 marks, out of which 75% marks will be allotted for academic performance in the qualifying examination and 25 marks will be given as importance of service for previous experience, which includes COVID-19 duty or contractual service in government institutions.
